Hi, I’m Lori! I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition specialist through the American Council on Exercise. I am also proudly a second degree Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt. I have been teaching for over 13 years. I was not always into exercising and I still am not very fond of most gym culture. I discovered though that in the right environment working out was really enjoyable, and with the right people it is actually really fun too!

I am currently teaching a weekly remote group fitness class ‘Ab Rock’. This class is open to anyone at any level. My goal is to bring fitness to a world of people that otherwise would not care to try it. I am also here for those of you that already love it. That’s the thing; bringing safe, fun, and effective workouts to everyone with out judgement. Showing up is the hardest part. After that it goes by way too quick and you will actually look forward to more!

I bring that same energy into my personal training. We are all individuals and you will always be treated like one. I will consistently take the time and energy to listen to you and customize a program specifically for what you are looking for, at every step of the way. The science behind our bodies, it’s movements, and the precise methods of how to get the best results safely and the most effectively are fascinating. I don’t only want to help you get there, I want to give you the tools to confidently continue the progress on your own.
