What I offer

REMOTE PERSONAL TRAINING

1 on 1 training sessions via zoom. I believe in building a solid foundation by preparing your body to move in it’s full range of motion and learning basic movements in proper form to prevent any risk of injury in a training program. I specialize in full body circuit training for muscular strength and endurance and balance training for overall muscular health. I also work extensively with people with chronic pain as well as those wanting to build themselves back from injuries. You should never “work” through the pain or just avoid doing any movements because of it. We will find the origin of the imbalances in the musculoskeletal system and get your body back to moving in it’s full capacity. SELF-DEFENSE

I offer a shared 4 session self-defense series for 2-4 people. The session length is 1 hour for a total of 4 hours upon completion. Each session we review from the previous one and build off of the techniques learned.

I also offer group workshops for businesses and companies. The workshop would be 2 hours and taught on premise unless otherwise discussed.

I teach beginner friendly self-defense from the background of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. You will learn awareness strategies as well as practical physical techniques that are applicable for any person of any size and any skill level to safely utilize. Please contact me for more information and pricing.
